Vesslan har släppt detta pressmeddelande angående de senaste händelserna i [9].esu.

We are very happy to announce the recruition of xeqtr whose history is quite well-known: teams like SoA, NiP/team9, GoL, eolithic. He is a player that is amongst the most experienced gamers out there today,a player there are not enough words for. A very nice person that we hope will fit in perfectly for team9.esports united.
We have - for sometime now - been testing players for [9].esu, going back and forth but always kept the fundamental roster
of quick,lucchese,luciano,vesslan. But xeqtr was the player that by far lifted our teamplay to a higher level then any other player we tested to play with ,
we are very anxious to see the outcome and developtment of the team together with Jurgen.

After Clikarena we tried to play with Swift and other players , and he is as everyone knows a GREAT player and a GREAT person
but the haromny within the team wasn't there. Our results during Sel3 and eswc qualifier wasnt what we were hoping for . Swift announced
that he will be going inactive (last night) and might even give up counterstrike but will remain in team9 for the time being. Hopefully to help us with things around the team and the game.

We thank swift for all the time and energy he gave the team, there is no person as loyal and honest as him, a player you can't find for a team.
And we are all very sad it didnt work out together. We wish him the very best for the future and hope he will start play cs again soon!.

Next up for [9].esu - > ESWC 8th fo july, eulska CPL qualifiyer 24th of july, CPL dallas summer 30th of july

Jag fick tag i XeqtR själv för en intervju angående de senaste spelarbytena i [9].esu.

To begin with, how did you get in touch with [9].esu?

I knew them all from previous events etc, so i just started talking some with vesslan about my possibility to tryout some in Team9 when it became clear that eolithic wouldn't bounce back from elements departure to SK. It was just not enough time to sort things out in eoLithic.

Will you be moving to Sweden to bootcamp and LAN with the team or will you be playing from Norway?

I'll be bootcamping with nine from next week on and all summer.

What will happen with the team's participation in the Swedish WCG qualifier, will they play with a standin?

I've no idea how the team will sort out that problem, we havent really discussed this problem, but aslong as I can't play they need a fifth player i guess.

You've played in international clans before, how big does the language differences interfere with the teamplay?

I understand Swedish and I try to speak Norwegian that the Swedes understand, though that's not always as easy as for me to understand Swedish!

I suppose you'll be playing in SEL for [9].esu, what are your thoughts about that and will you play most of the games from Norway?

Well first 2 games in SEL Season 4 I'll be playing from Germany, and the rest ill be playing from nine, what happens from august on, is undecided.

How does it feel to close down eoLithic? What are your best memories from the time with eoLithic?

Well first of all it wasn't something that we wanted less than, say 1 week, ago. But as time went on and we didn't seem to have the motivation and strength needed to find new players etc etc, we just felt we had no other option, or at least i did.

Best memory must be winning CPL qualifier in mindtrek, cause it was all or nothing, since we didnt have sponsor to pay our trip to Dallas and we payed the trip their ourselves, and then winning it so we could go to Dallas afterall.

What potential do you see in [9].esu that eoLithic lacked?

Well Team9 has a core of players that have sticked together for a long time, and with me we are now 5 players... and in eol we were left with 3 active/motivated players including me.

I wish the best luck for the remaining players/managers in eoL, and i hope and know that they'll find a place where they can show their skillz once again.

Tjenare vesslan, hur är läget denna regniga, iallafall i Bohuslän, sommardag?

Det är sommar och sol är i Stockholm, och allt är väl bra :).

Först av allt, hur kommer det sig att XeqtR ansluter sig till [9].esu?

Well, när element leftade eol så uppstod väl en del problem i eol, det går att läsa på deras hemsida och i kanalen #eolithic har de lagt upp ett statement. Så Jörgen/XeqtR kände väl sig väldigt osäker på framtiden i eol, och har under någon vecka testat spela med oss, och det har fungerat helt yber.

Men det måste väl vara jobbigt med språket? Hur löser ni det?

Han pratar nästan perfekt svenska, och alla i laget förstår norska så det är inge problem alls.

Hur kom ni i kontakt med varandra? Vem var det som kontaktade vem?

Det var han som kontaktade oss efter osäkerheten i eol.

Hur kommer ni göra med WCG-kvalet som ni har kvalificerat er till, där man måste bestå av spelare från samma land. Kommer ni låna in någon spelare där?

Jo någon form av lösning kommer vi hitta inför WCG-kvalet men det är ju inte förrens senare i höst i alla fall.

Hur ser annars er framtid ut i [9].esu?

Många saker samtdigt, närmsta framtiden är ESWC, Spanien-kvalet i sommar, och sen CPL Dallas i slutet av juli. Sjävklart ockås SEL4. Vi kommer LAN:a från och med nästa vecka med hela laget. Xeqtr kommer till Stockholm i helgen. Lucchese kommer upp imorgon inför SEL osv.

Efter att ElemenT anslöt sig till SK, som är en av era största konkurrenter, vad är dina tankar om SK:s framtid nu?

Tror inte det förändrar SK så mycket mer än att de kommer ha mer bredd, de är alla ett gäng mycket duktiga spelare. Sen får man väl se hur de kan anpassa sig till 6 spelare, krävs ju mer planering och träning. Men de om några är proffsiga nog att fixa det.

Betyder eoLithics nerläggande slutet på en norsk topp i CS?

Det tror jag inte, Norge kommer säkert upp med bra lag, zx9 kanske har något på gång nu med damien och Luke, riktigt riktigt bra spelare det.
